Problems with a download
If payment succeeded but the pack did not unlock or download correctly, contact contact@airbornemedia.co.uk with your Stripe receipt details. We will investigate access or delivery problems.
Refunds
This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty digital content.
